Orders
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between you and J4 Packaging is only formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

Pricing errors have occurred.
Payment cannot be authorised.
We suspect fraudulent activity.
We believe an order has been placed in error.
If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, any payment received will be refunded.

Pricing

VAT will be added at the applicable rate during checkout where required.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing is accurate, errors can occasionally occur.
If a pricing error is identified before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
Payment
Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched unless an approved credit account has been agreed.
Payments made through our website are processed securely by Stripe.
J4 Packaging does not store your payment card details.
Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We will always endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery charges are displayed during checkout.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership of the goods remains with J4 Packaging until payment has been received in full.

If you receive goods that are damaged, incorrect or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
